如你确实需要 Docker 资源限制功能，必须满足以下条件之一：

使用支持完整 CGroup 的内核（例如 Ubuntu、Debian 等发行版）；

或重编 OpenWrt 内核，启用：

CONFIG_CGROUPS

CONFIG_MEMCG

CONFIG_CPUSETS

CONFIG_CGROUP_CPUACCT

CONFIG_CGROUP_SCHED

等等

由于你是运行在嵌入式设备（GL-BE3600 路由器）上，很多时候这些功能默认被裁剪以节省资源，因此一般并不推荐折腾这些。
