【请教】如何安装TC和netem插件在AX1800

想用这个路由器做弱网环境，需要安装tc和netem两个插件

安装tc时出现错误如下：
root@GL-AX1800:~# opkg install tc
Upgrading tc on root from 4.4.0-10-cake-upstream to 5.0.0-2.1...
Downloading http://mirrors.cloud.tencent.com ... ch64_cortex-a53.ipk
Collected errors:
* satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for tc:
*      libxtables12
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package tc.


安装netem出现错误如下：
root@GL-AX1800:~# opkg install kmod-netem
opkg: unknown sub-command install kmod-netem



主机型号GL-AX1800 IPQ6018/AP-CP03-C1
架构ARMv8 Processor x 4 (1608MHz, 64.0°C )

这个要加参数--force-depends
